Liz Beatty is Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board Member at Inato, where she works towards bringing clinical research to each and every patient through advancing Inato's corporate strategy, developing partnerships, and driving growth globally. The company is building the world's first clinical trial marketplace to create greater visibility, access, and engagement across a more diverse population of doctors and their patients. Liz’s mission and passion are to make clinical trials more accessible to patients and to remove the barriers that inhibit patient involvement. This also means ensuring sites and physicians are aware of the current trials and that they have access to them for their patients. She believes that digital innovation and the use of technology are key to improving the industry while also benefiting the patient (for example, to help accelerate drug development to aid patients in getting access to new medicines faster). Furthermore, as an advocate for diversity and inclusion, Liz believes in the opportunity to be more inclusive in clinical trial research to ensure that underrepresented populations are part of trial datasets. Through her work with Inato, she is hoping to extend patient reach by going to a broader range of sites, as opposed to just the top sites used by most pharma. Liz contributes decades of experience in leadership and clinical trial management to her role. Prior to Inato, Liz headed digital clinical trials at Bristol-Myers Squibb, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company that works to transform patients' lives through science, where Liz led digital innovation efforts across Global Clinical Operations.
